Brian K. Privett is a Kentucky attorney with more than 20 years of legal experience serving individuals, families, and closely held businesses throughout Central Kentucky. His practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and business counsel, providing practical advice and clear guidance for life's important legal decisions.

Throughout his career, Brian has served clients in private practice, as a prosecutor, and in public service. Those experiences have shaped a practical approach focused on listening carefully, communicating clearly, and helping clients move forward with confidence.

From 2018 to 2022, he served as Circuit Judge for Bourbon, Scott, and Woodford Counties.
